Snapshots from St. Joseph’s 48th Annual Sausage Festival

A few snapshots from this weekends Sausage Festival. 8,000 pounds of sausage was sold Saturday morning during the festival and roughly 1,400 people were served lunch on Sunday during the FunFest! Volunteers started baking sweet breads and meal prepping Friday morning at the St. Joseph Hall. A special thanks to all volunteers and auction donors in making the 48th annual festivities a success!

Sausage, green beans, german potato salad, sauerkraut, and bread…Oh My!

Short end of the long line awaiting the tasty meal.

There was even a to-go line that contributed to the 1,400+ served.

Above: prepping the delicious braided sweet breads.

Below: variety of sweet braids.

A few fun games that included the bounce houses, cherry tree, pumpkin painting, spider tower, rock wall, ring/beanbag toss and more.
