Your young men went out and competed in adverse weather conditions today- an especially cold & dreary day in Muleshoe. In spite of that, they scored 123 points, which led them to a 2nd place overall finish.
Top Individual placing a were as follows:
Ryan Escobar- 1st 100m, 2nd 400m
Carlos Garcia- 1st 400m, 2nd 800m
Ricky Medrano- 3rd 800m
George Wright- 3rd Triple Jump
Jameson Jackson- 1st shot, 1st discus
Braxton Creager- 4th shot put
Anthony Torres- 1st 3200m, 3rd 1600m
Trizton Robinson- 4th high jump
Desreal Williams- 6th high jump
And lastly, with a 6 second improvement, our 4x400m relay ended the meet with a 1st place finish and a 3:30.21 time. The members of that relay were Isaiah Hawkins, Carlos Garcia, George Wright, and Ricky Medrano.
