The Community Development Group meet today and discussed the upcoming plans of action within Slaton. Ann Marie Wright, Chamber of Commerce President, reviewed the Landmark Slaton Sign, Clean Up Slaton and Fix-it. Approximately one year ago was the initial implementation of the program. Progress is being made. The Landmark Sign is at the point of going out for bids.
