- The Lubbock ISD Hall of Honor Class of 2014 was recognized and honored for their accomplishments Saturday at Lubbock .Bezel Bailey w 1957 Dunbar High School state championship boys’ basketball team; Estacado track coach Caylene Caddell and Matadors athlete James Collins, Coronado football star Kevin Curtis, Monterey basketball coach Joe Michalka, Monterey football coach James Odom, Lubbock ISD athletic director Pete Ragus,Coronado football star Mike Smith, Dunbar athlete and coach Prenis Williams and the 1951 Lubbock High boys basketball team were all inducted into the LISD Hall of Honor.
