Friday began with Jameson Jackson participating in the shot put, and throwing his 2nd best distance of the year with 42′. Unfortunately, in a tough field it was not enough to earn a placing.
The boys 4x400m relay consisting of Isaiah Hawkins, Carlos Garcia, George Wright, and Ricky Medrano ran a tough race, but due to injury could not qualify for the finals of the race.
Saturday saw Jameson Jackson throw the discus and Joel Cueto run the 1600m run. Jameson qualified for the finals finishing 8th overall with a throw of 135′ 11″, and Joel Cueto ran a 4:44 to finish 7th overall.
