New Lieutenant Rick McDowell & New Chief Trevor Barnes

Trevor Barnes is the new Police Chief taking Steve Wheeler’s place. Barnes, in a quick manner, brought back to the force Detective Rick McDowell.  Barnes hired McDowell as his new lieutenant.
