Fundraiser Tuesday to Benefit Mercy Retreat Center

As you know I am also the director of Mercy Retreat Center, formally Mercy Hospital.  Like me, many of you were born at Mercy or have attended a retreat or function at the facility. We are entering our slow time for retreats and find it necessary to get creative with ways to pay our bills until the end of the year.  We would like to invited you to share a meal with us and visit the facility.  I think you will be amazed if you haven’t been here recently.

What:
Mercy Retreat Center “Spaghetti Meal Fundraiser”
When: Tuesday, November 17th 5:30-7:00 PM
Where: Mercy Retreat Center Covered Patio
MENU: Spaghetti with meat sauce, French bread, salad and a dessert.
(We will also have to-go plates. )
Cost: Donations accepted

The Historic Mercy Hospital, now  “Mercy Retreat Center” requests everyone’s support.

Monday Night – Pete Christi – Tigers Fundraiser

As some of you may have heard through social media we are hosting a Basketball Game v Pete Christi on Monday November 2nd at 7:00 in the HS Gym. It will be x2 10:00 minute halves w/a running clock. Clock will stop last 2:00 if necessary for us to win. Admission will be $3.00 for adults and $1.00 students. I have following groups, organizations, and individuals involved as follows:

Gate (admission, tech helmet raffle, tshirt sells)- Administration

Concession- booster club w/baked goods provided by Mrs. Arrington’s class Cheerleaders (james/heather)- JV/V Cheer

Clock- Rebecca, Missy, Kenzi

Refs- Med, Northup, Satchell

Coach- Kennedy (w/high heels)
