Trunk or Treat on the Town Square!

Below is from the Slaton Chamber of Commerce to the community.trunk-or-treat

Dear Community Member,

The Slaton Chamber of Commerce is hosting the annual community-wide “Trunk-or-Treat” for Halloween night, October 31st, on the Town Square. Children from local and area schools are invited to join us for the fun. The Board of Directors invite you to participate with a “trunk” for the night’s festivities. This is a chance to show-off your business, support the community and have a little fun!

Set up will begin in the City Hall parking lot and move to the south side of the square as needed. The south street will be barricaded, allowing only trunk-or-treat vehicles in. We will begin handing out treats by 6:00 PM and go until approximately 7:00 PM; or until the treats run out.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at slatoncoc@sbcglobal.net or 828-6238. I will return your message just as soon as I can.

Thanks,

Leslie Linker

Office Manager
