STATEMENT FROM TEXAS HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE DUSTIN BURROWS (HD83)REGARDING  U.S. 5TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS DECISION ON TEXAS 2011 VOTER ID LAW 

Texas State House Representative Dustin Burrows (HD-83) issued the following statement this afternoon following the 5th Circuit Courts decision:

“Our Republic is built upon the integrity of our elections; and, unfortunately, today’s decision takes away part of Texas’ ability to protect against fraud.”
