THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT. * WIND...WEST TO SOUTHWEST AT 20 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS. * HUMIDITY...5 TO 15 PERCENT. * FUELS...DRY. * IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP CAN SPREAD RAPIDLY IN THESE CONDITIONS.
