Thursday and Friday the Tigerettes competed at the District Track Meet in Post. We had a good showing for our girls. The Top 4 finishers will be moving on to compete at the Area Track Meet Thursday April 21, 2016 in Denver City. I’m incredibly proud of all of our athletes this week.
Tigerettes moving on to Area:
3200m Run – 2nd – Aryanna Zapata 13:24.04
800m Run – 4th – Avery Bentancourt 2:39.45
4x200m Relay – 1st – Erin Olmos, Quanasia McDaniel, Hannah Rodriguez, Ro Sangster 1:46.91
200m Dash – 1st – Ro Sangster 25.45, 2nd – Erin Olmos 26.82, 3rd – Quanasia McDaniel 27.16
1600m Run – 4th – Aryanna Zapata 6:11.85
High Jump – 4th – Quanasia McDaniel 4′ 8″
Long Jump – 1st – Ro Sangster 16′ 4.5″
