Slaton Ironman Football FREE Strength & Conditioning Camp

Slaton Ironman Football league will host  free strength & conditioning camp this Thursday August 6th &  & Friday August 7th @ 7:00 pm-8:15 pm @ Slaton City Park this will be 1st-8th graders Boys . This is free & open to any Boys 1st -8th grade who wants to attend  .We will work on Speed, agility, Core strength & reaction.  Please bring you a drink & wear cleats or tennis shoes.
