Upcoming events – Mark your calendars! Monday (Nov. 25) Bingo from 1 – 2. Tuesday (Nov. 26) Calvert from 11-12. Thursday – Friday (Nov. 28-29) Center will be closed.  Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

If it’s Monday that means it’s Bingo time. There were 24 players hoping to win a prize. The secret prize was won by Sandy Goodner. The blackout amount of $52.30 was won by Monica Urias.  Come join us next Monday for lunch and stay to play Bingo.

Just for laughs – Tony was having trouble getting his neighbor to keep his chickens fenced in.  The neighbor kept talking about chickens being great creatures, and as such, they had the right to go wherever they wanted.

On his next trip to the grocery store, Tony bought a dozen eggs.  That night, he snuck out and placed the eggs throughout his yard.

The next morning, when he was sure the neighbor was watching, Tony went out and gathered the eggs.

After that he never had problems again with finding his neighbor’s chickens in his yard.

Mow delivers for Nov 11 – 15 were done by First Baptist Church. Those who served were Beverly Frazier, Joanne Lancaster, Nancy Harlan, Brain Rape, Jeannette Bradford, Mary Edmunds, Karen Branscum, Cary Eubanks, Kathy Eubanks, and Anita King.

MOW deliveries for Nov. 25 – 29 is the responsibility of Hearts Together Church of Christ.
