Homecoming was a success! The mighty Eagles put the mercy rule in place this week!! The final score was 55-0. Homecoming King and Queen were Wyatt Benham and Mallory Arguello.

• Mini Cheer Camp Registration going on now!! Camp will be September 29th – October 1st. Form is attached
• Cheerleaders are selling Fan Cloth Items again this year—get your new fan gear today. (brochure attached—CAPS NOT AVAILABLE!!)
• 2014 Football shirts are still on sale now!! SALE $10 EACH
• FFA is selling meat. See any FFA Member or Mr. McCollister to place your order.
• Southland is participating in a Post Penny War Challenge. Each class will collect change until Oct. 3rd. The class with the most money will receive a coke float party. All proceeds will go to Post Elementary to help with the fire tragedy.
• Thursday September 25, 2014: Junior High Football vs. Dawson at 5:30 PM
• Friday September 26, 2014: Varsity Football at Dawson 6:00 PM (time change due to ref availability)
